Tune Hotel - Liverpool, City Centre
Booked a 4 day stay to look around the city before coming for University in September and I was amazed by everything in the hotel from the size/cleanliness of the room to the amazing service from the staff. Thank you for making my stay so warm and welcoming and I’ll definitely be back.

Tune budget hotel
Great basic budget hotel in city centre. Because of location quite noisy at night. Also on last night got no sleep due to a couple arguing, banging doors, loud and sweary at 4am. Not hotels fault, it's what you get in budget I guess.

Tune Hotel - Liverpool, City Centre
No tea and coffee, TV didn't work, only one chair, hanging clothes facility was too basic, nowhere to put suitcase, window was filthy dirty, hated the glass door to the loo, only one pillow each, and most important the bed was rock hard so didn't sleep. Overall a very poor stay.

Weekend away
It was a shame about the broken air-conditioning that meant we had to move on our first night. Then unfortunately some very loud work started happening at 830 on our final morning. If it wasn't for the noise issues, this would have been a lovely place to stay. The staff were excellent and very apologetic.
