Clean
Great service, and super clean. The hotel staff was diligent about enforcing Covid protocol. There were more than 10 people hanging out in the hot tub, and they sent someone out to politely tell them there were too many congregating together.

Everything was clean. The location of the hotel is perfect for those looking to get the best north shore experience. Definitely one of the best trips to Hawaii so far.

Nice hotel but front desk service wasn’t great
Hotel was clean, nice and great. We had major issues with the check in process. We were guaranteed conjoining rooms when we got there at 4:00 pm to check in they didn’t have them for us. Then they held two rooms that were just one room away from each other and said they would clean them and get us checked right in. This was at 4:00 they didn’t call us until 6:40 to tell us that our rooms were now cleaned and ready to check in. Once we got back to the hotel they didn’t hold the two rooms that we were promised. They were down the hall from each other and we needed the two rooms for kids that now aren’t even by us. Front desk service was not great. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel but overpriced
The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. We had to pay for parking which was not communicated upfront so that was a disappointment.

Great place, clean and friendly staff!
Staff were always very nice and friendly and quick to offer help and suggest local eateries and activities. We were also pleasantly surprised that we could check out snorkel equipment there.

Book a pool view!
Our first room was not wonderful. The "ocean view" rooms are next to the street and we could barely even see the ocean. We paid for a pool view originally but it wasn't available when we checked in. After struggling to sleep with the road noise, we requested a room change the next day. They upgraded us to a beautiful room. It was quiet and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again... in a pool view room! Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
