The facility definitely shows its age and feels a bit run down. The room itself was spacious, but the carpet was noticeably dirty. During our stay, the hotel was very busy with lots of guests, which made the atmosphere lively. The vibe at night was enjoyable, especially at the free drink bar. The onsen was decent, with both indoor and outdoor baths, though it did get quite crowded.

Actually its all good ecxept for the check in process. We arrived before 3pm then when the time to check in at 3pm there is a long line in the reception .We had to wait for 35 to 40 mins to received the keys . I think they need to add more staff on their check in process to have smooth check in procedure.

We arrived about 45 minutes ahead of check in time after driving straight from Kansai Airport. The parking lot had about 10 cars in it and the lobby was deserted. I was surprised we were not permitted to check in early and had to wait for the official check in time. Understandable if hotel was busy but it seemed very odd to make us wait.
