Nice property but a little noisy.
Very clean property. You can hear traffic outside throughout the night and I was on the 4th floor on the side away from the street.

Place was clean. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were nicely decorated and laid out. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues with the room, but like I said, very minor. All in all, I would definitely stay there again!

There were posting throughout the hotel that masks were required. Unfortunately most guest and some of the cleaning staff did not use them. I do understand that it’s tough to enforce but made the stay a little uncomfortable. Hotel was clean and front desk was friendly.

disappointed
I didn’t stay there the wrong date pulled in and I didn’t notice it when I did notice I reached out for help right away and and was unsuccessful which is very disappointing since the reason for needing a hotel is for out of state family that is coming. We have always booked at the Baymont before little issue we have ignore like the front desk lady not finding our reservation even when we had the number and we had to make another reservation so we were charged two times but we paid it since we liked the Baymont and felt it was worth it, this is very disappointing that they we not will to work with us over an error we didn’t use the room and lost out on money. We will never stay there again nor will our family as we are very disappointed.

My stay was actually really good. However I don’t like the fact I see multiple charges to my debit card for one room for a one night stay. Completely mortified Hotels.com would do such a thing like stealing from people!
