Fantastic Hotel!
Great value for money! Perfect location, very short walk to the train station which is only a couple of stops to the airport. A two minute walk to the metro which is also only a couple of stops to the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel itself was spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Overall a wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend.

Motel One Amsterdam
I stayed at Motel One for 2 nights alone in a double room (522). The staff were friendly and helpful on all occasions but I often had to wait a long time to speak to them. The room was ok. Very clean and comfy but not spectacular. There was no fridge or kettle which was odd. The main issue I had was everytime I tried to access the room the keycard didn't work. This happened 4x during my stay. Each time I had to go to the main desk and wait to speak to staff to get a new one activated. This took a lot of time and effort and at no point did they find out why this kept happening. Overall I liked the hotel but would not stay again for this reason.

One night add on.
Was working at the RAI and staying at the Novotel. Moved to Motel 1 for my tourist day. Much cheaper. Hotel is fine. Easy to get to town from the RAI station by train or tram. Safe luggage storage. OK!
