We came down for a concert the only problems were guest book in room said you could get sandwiches all day apparently not. Also tea in room was poor 2 sugars given and I had to ask several times before I got more. 2 of everything given which seems quite minimal and miserly

Great hotel, good size rooms, fun decor, comfy beds, fast room service. Impossible to park in the car park linked to the hotel. Short walk to BIC car park. Breakfast room a bit under pressure with tepid coffee and hugely under baked pastries. Overall a very comfortable stay. Note. We heard no noise at all from the street or the 8th floor bar at any time even though we stayed on a Saturday.

Absolutely nowhere to park on a Saturday and the lobby was packed with wedding guests. Reception staff good and room as ever comfortable although air on temperature will not permit the room to go under 18C. Restaurant sadly is a shadow of its former self. Beetroot roasted in balsamic was boiled with cheap vinegar poured over and the shoulder of lamb was little more than a lamb burger stuffed with raw peppers. Desserts okay. Staff in restaurant very apologetic and reception took the food off our bill which was kind. Would rather have had a decent meal though and not happy with the parking ticket on my car the following day. It was Bloody Sunday!
