We were given an already occupied room
Overall, our stay was fine but our biggest concern was when we checked in. We were given our keys and we headed up to the room. We tried to use the keys and they didn’t work. I heard a noise like someone was in the room but didn’t think much of it and went back down stairs. They remade our keys and we headed back up. The door worked the second time but upon entering we found a family of four in the room. We immediately went back downstairs and told the front desk. They acted confused. They apologized and gave us a new room. I understand mistakes happen but I didn’t feel safe after that knowing it was that easy to give another guest a working key to an occupied room. I believe the other family was given a discount to their room but we only received a brief apology.

Yeah never can get an accessible room
Not an accessible toom even though that is what we booked, for a wheelcahir user. Gentleman was very apologetic but nothing he could do.
