Great location, wonderful mountain view. The bed was too small for us so we changed to Ondol room, which was nice and the bedding was okay. The overall facility is old and needs a renovation. Having a little kitchen was useful for us. I'll choose this hotel next time, too.

The room did not match the quality of the pictures. The balcony was dirty with paint peeling. The room had been cleaned but did not seem very clean and the room needed to be updated. The lobby was very nice but otherwise the hotel was out of date and not very clean. We left after only one night even though we reserved to stay two. We also reserved for 5 people but upon arrival were told the room was only for 4 people. The views from the room were stunning so it was nice for that.

Check-in was confusing as the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Lack of trust from property on paying the breakfast bill which had to be paid up front, rather than charge it to the bill. The total lack of dining facilities was pathetic (only a cook yourself BBQ where you had to provide all food yourself, except meat...). To call this a hotel/resort is bordering on an untruth - it was more like a backpacker hostel...
