Friendly Place
Little hotel with a friendly attitude. Located off the main touristy areas and a short walk to train station. Welcoming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, simple yet pleasing room and nice little outdoor terrace to end the day with a cold local brew. The only issue was the hot and stuffy room due to the warm weather and not being able to keep the window open due to mosquitos. Otherwise, good vibe and good for solo travellers.

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! We loved being able to look out at a peaceful canal from our room, and while enjoying the hearty breakfast from the patio. Everyting was delicious, from the boiled eggs to the fresh juice and breads. It did get a little warm in our room due to the higher than average temperature and lack of air conditioning in this old building, but opening a window made it better. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is an old and I would say historic property that is located very close to the most important places in Bruges (walking distance, 15 mins at the most). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, great location.
Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff - we were greeted with a warm welcome and a map of Bruges with tips and recommendations from the receptionist on where to visit. Hotel is in a great location, around 15 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins to the centre of Bruges. Room was comfortable, water and toiletries were provided. Great continental breakfast included- plenty of choice and attentive staff. Main negative was the lack of air conditioning - we had a room on the top floor and really struggled to cool the room enough with the fan to sleep well the first evening. Would definitely return at a slightly cooler time of the year (was around 30 degrees at the time of our visit). Also note we had to access our room via stairs (no lift) - not a problem for us, but if you have reduced mobility.

Really like this hotel, its location is good nice and quiet, breakfast is loverly, its got a great little area down by the water. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, I would be happy to stay here again
