Great hotel, staff and location!
The staff were fantastic - nothing was a problem. The hotel was perfect - great rooms, outdoor rooftop pool heated Year round, and superb location for exploring Lisbon! We will come back and stay here again

The staff was kind & helpful. Our room thermometer did not work correctly which caused the room to be cold. After our second night we were moved to another room, but there was no reduction to price we paid or complimentary consideration offered to us. The rooms are an open concept and do not provide comfortable bathroom privacy. The rooms are small & don’t offer sufficient space to hang clothes, towels or robes.
