On at rival (we were early) we were told our room would be ready in one and half hours which was fine! So we went to get a drink as we had traveled quite a distance. The sports bar was closed as was the lounge bar,both had technical problems. so no way could we get a drink unless we had bottled drink (which we were charged for! ) this hotel doesn't normally charge for soft drinks.this went on ll night !
