Wonderful hotel....lousy coffee.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House. We loved having a kitchenette and the space was extremely comfortable. In addition, the location was wonderful. The only disappointment was that although there are signs that say "We proudly serve Starbucks", the coffee was HORRIBLE. There was only decaf Starbucks and then another brand for caffeinated. The caffeinated was literally light brown water which really surprised me as all other aspects of the service were wonderful. In addition, the coffee maker in my room had mold in it, so I couldn't make my own.

Getaway
We arrived at 8pm. Valet parking attendent was very rude. When I asked where to park for the hotel he said all disrespectful we only do valet parking and left. When tried to give him the keys to the car he took off to another car. When we went to check in the guy at the front desk did not say one word to us but ask for my husbands name. Then he handed my husband the room key and said next. We had never stayed there before so my husband had to ask where the elevators were. He was no help to us at all. I called the front desk to ask what floor the pool was on and time it closed. We heard banging nosies all night. The bed was hard as a rock the pillows gave you a kink in your neck. When we went to check out the lady at the front desk was nice and asked if we enjoyed our early check in and upgraded room! I said what early check in we got here at 8pm lastnight. We never upgraded to anything. The guy lastnight didnt tell us anything!!... The other co worker said to her sounds familiar. She applogized and took off room upgrades and early check charges the guy put on my room. He didnt even mention breakfast was avalible poor customer service and must have done that before to customers. Valet parking was $46 a night. Thats ridiculous. I will never stay here again. The sad part is we always book at the hayatts but never this location.

Fair 4.0
Disappointing early check-in charge
The stay was a pleasant one but was so disappointed that the hotel insisted on charging us $25.00 early charge because we arrived at 1:30 pm and their check in time is 4pm. We have stayed at countless hotels all over the world and if the room is ready hotels have always allowed early check-in. Late check-out is sometimes subject to a charge and that is ok. My wife was not feeling well after a long drive and we had no choice to to pay the extra early fee. Shame on the hotel for trying to make extra money this way.

Will Return!
Great hotel in many ways...room, amenities, location and price.

Very good 8.0
Good for the price
Got the hotel on a short notice. The room was great, it was a small suite with a kind bed and a great view of the rooftop next to the pool. (Don’t stay on the 6th floor) The buffet was included which was nice. My only complaint would be that the valet parking was $46. I think I’ll just park in the public parking next time.
