Staff is exceptionally friendly. Situated in a cute/quiet area of Sydney. A few cafes within walking distance but for a Coles/woolies it's a bit far. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. No partying/heavy drinking was going on which is nice.

Great secure property. Great staff, check in was excellent. However, they need to provide the very basics - no bath soap, no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, no jug (but they were good to provide one immediately upon request), no heater (in winter!) the air con did not work. Otherwise, a great place. I would return in Summer time

It was pretty clean except for some food left in a cupboard. I had a double with an ensuite. The bathroom was very clean but the smell said there was an underlying mould issue. Took longer for the hot water to heat up than my actual shower takes so the first morning I assumed it was faulty and being in a rush I had a 30s very cold shower...so be patient! Ask for a kettle and toaster when you arrive if you have this type of room as I discovered that it hadnt got them in the morning. Bed was comfortable and I was surprised by how quiet the area and the hostel were at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price I paid it was still a pretty good deal despite the imperfections!

Good location, comfortable beds, and clean modern facilities. Close to public transport. Air con in room for Summer. The 'weakest link' is with the staff. Some reception staff are deliberately rude to guests. Some other staff are 'clicky' and don't readily intereact with guests = no friendliness. Complete opposite to Drifter Christchurch NZ, and Drifter Bondi. Bravo to Lorenzo, who keeps the facilities clean.
