Such a find!
Lovely place in a bustling and exciting part of town. Stavros, the host of the place, is helpful, warm and knowledgeable. Would recommend highly and stay again in an instant!

Great location
Lovely spacious two bedroom apartment in a lively neighbourhood, but double glazing kept out the street chatter allowing undisturbed sleep. The host Stavrous couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Only 3 or 4 minutes to Monastiraki metro, so easy to get to from the airport, and great location for exploring the ancient sites.

We found ourselves stranded in Athens without a hotel room due to a ferry strike. We found the Kerameion available last minute for one night and what a wonderful surprise! We loved it. The owner kindly let us check in early so we had a safe secure place to leave our luggage for the day so we could explore the city. Close to restaurants and shops. The room was amazing. Very large with all the amenities we could need with a kitchenette. It also had a great private patio surrounded by trees, so one didn't know they were in the heart of the city. It was perfect for a glass of wine or a take out dinner. We were very happy with it.

Very good 8.0
More of a bed-and-breakfast (without the breakfast) than a hotel. The proprietor rebuilt the building after it was damaged during an earthquake. He built two rooms designed as rentals along with his residence. So it's completely up-to-date. Located in the very popular old section of Athens, it's a great location for walking to the Acropolis and other near by attractions. Gives you the feeling that you live in Athens and not just staying at a hotel. Only two small things that we didn't like. The mattress on the bed felt about 2 inches thick. Could have used more light in the bathroom. Neither of these were show-stoppers. We'd definitely stay there again.
