Great little place to stay close to Lisbon center
Great little place, in a great location to walk to town center or local metro stop. Very clean and tidy with a great breakfast (except for restriction to one Nespresso capsule per person!). Free use of kitchen and fridge Negatives: Shared bathroom can get a bit busy. No hanging space in room. Walls and doors not well insulated so hear everything going on in the corridor. No coffee available during the day.

Not quite three stars!
The room was nice, with the original shopping trolley-come-sitting chair. However, the place is definitely not a hotel but rather a well presented hostel. The bathroom facilities are shared (which mentioned in the small print), which means we had to engage in passive-aggressive shower queueing warfare! The shared bathroom also meant that the facilities were not always very clean, specially after other guests. That being said, we were given free dressing gowns to walk around the facility. We were staying in room 1 which is neighbouring another flat, and that is a major issue. The people in that flat were very noisy and kept us awake with incessant TV, loud talking and music. We resorted to calling Mohammad as the reception was only open until 19:00 but that only helped so much. Overall, the hotels.com rating of three stars is definitely very misleading. On the plus side, the breakfast was included in the price and was nice; check-in and check-out were also pleasant. Having expected a three star hotel this was a disappointment for us, but I'm sure it would suit people housed in other rooms apart from 1 with correct expectations!

Very clean amazing location
Amazing location very clean AND comfortable room. The only problem was the noise from the construction coming from next building.

Clean and Friendly
The place is well kept and the staff friendly. The bathrooms were kept clean but once the weekend rolled around and there were more guests there was sometimes a wait for the bathroom which was not so nice. The last night someone on the street rang the buzzer for an hour at 0300 and since there's no one at the desk after hours there was no one to answer it. This was very disruptive to the rooms near the front desk. But my biggest complaint is that there isn't real coffee available. Instant coffee is only acceptable on an camping trip.
