This is a low budget option for people that don’t mind certain details or just a place to sleep. The resting experience is ok, the employees are great people but the hotel needs to renovate showers and make guests feel comfortable and safe.

Visited on Memorial Day long weekend. Great place if you want to stay close to Universal Parks, Indian restaurants - Bawarchi, Tamara, also really close to Ripley's Believe it or Not, Madam Tussades, Titanic, etc. Shopping areas are also close by. There is complimentary breakfast and swimming pool. Also, Mariana from staff was very helpful.

Pretty decent hotel for the price. Room was clean. Only problems we had was the AC died during the night so woke up to a hot room. Also the floor in the shower had cracks in it. Felt like you were going to fall through the floor while showering! If we didn’t check in so late I would have asked for a different room with a better shower. Had a couple of broken tiles on the bedroom floor. Had fun in the pool. Very handy having laundry facilities on site. We missed out on breakfast because a big group of people went in just before us and cleaned everything out. If you want breakfast I suggest going as soon as it opens. Would stay there again.

During our check-in, the staff did not tell us that there was no functioning Water Heater so we were there for six days five nights with no hot water whatsoever coming back from the theme parks in the evenings was a nightmare because I had to shower with cold water. The staff was very polite. Everything was clean however, none of these rooms have microwave or coffee machine so you have to go prepared with these items.

Location is really good, price was pretty cheap. There is no hot water and seems they’re not planning on fixing it. Breakfast is really basic and you get it from a small room with a microwave and sit outside in the shade. They rarely refill things once they’re over, so go early! Room was big and bed was very comfortable. However the Aircon was reaaaaaaaally loud which makes it hard to sleep. If you get rooms to the front, expect trucks and noise from 7:30/8am onwards.

The location is great you can go walking on several attractions and that's all. The Hotel infrastructure is terrible, the bleach smell when you first go to the room is a nightmare, the shower doesn't be hot enough, cold shower is disappointing, my feet became dirty when I bare walk, the cleaning every 3 days is terrible. I can't believe that Orlando municipality gives a permit to this hotel.

You get what you paid for. This is a great place if you need a place to rest your head for the night. Great location!! The room had a smell to it but i was because the AC was off. I was able to hear the base of a near by club at late night. So as for a room on the opposite side of where the office is.

The property was comfortable, although the facilities may be a bit outdated. It appears the property is undergoing renovations, as there were construction materials in the green areas; however, I did not see any work being done during my stay. Everything looked clean, and the staff was friendly. The property charges a facility fee and a deposit fee, which came as an unexpected surprise for both me and other guests checking in at the same time. This caused some confusion and delays during the registration process. Additionally, bottled water is not included with breakfast or provided in the room fridge, and there is an extra charge if you want one.

Room was clean but not clean enough. The washroom water was blocked in the shower space. Last customer's personal clothing wasn't removed. There was a lot of humidity in the room that didn't go away even when turning on the AC. Staff was good. Laundry is payable. Breakfast options are good. Near to bus stop and restraunts. Overall cheap and best deal, it's just the condition of the property that's deteriorating.

I wasn't expecting much from a room this inexpensive. When we arrived the entire lobby smelled like pot and you could tell the clerk was high. The room was tolerably clean. Unfortunately there wwre only two towels, no washclothes available, no toothbrushes in stock, no hand towels..There was a leak in the ceiling that constantly dripped near the front of the room and made a puddle on the floor and the TV wasn't set up for viewing, I had to perform a chammel scan just to get a picture on it. My husband and I walked two blocks down to get fast food which was very convenient but there was a gentle conducting a illicit deal on the corner of the motel as we walked out of the property When we informed the clerk at checkout about issues we had, we received a shoulder shrug and blank stare. We weren't given any kind of response at all. I would not stay here again. I've stayed in cheap rooms before but this is the worst I've experienced.

Place was alright and clean even tho it gives off motel. The only thing was the bathroom I wasn’t able to close the door and my first night pretty sure somebody walked into my room while I was in the bathroom. The shower area I had to buy slippers before stepping in there. For a last minute trip it was alright for me. No microwave in the room . Didn’t check with front desk as I never made it to breakfast time.
