Room 002 was very tight and cozy. Sink plug did not work. International wall socket in Bathroom did not work. Very clean and staff very helpful. Carrying suit case down the narrow stairs was tough. Continental breakfast was excellent. Easy walking distance from Victoria Train and Underground.

**Beware - Property Not As Advertised**
Disappointing to say the least. While the location is absolutely fantastic, the room was not well maintained at all. No heat, shower was broken and took two days to fix. Old mirky water left in the coffee maker from whomever. Finally got room cleaned on day three and only because a maid from another building followed up. Young lady at the front desk person was absolutely no help and didn't know anything about the rooms (Very unhappy person and not approachable) Much to my dismay, an employee who had cut themselves was being assisted by whom I assume was a manager, received treatment in breakfast area next to clean dishes & glassware. Cleaning and dressing the wound next to clean food related items just isn't smart. Spoke with another couple who were also experiencing issues as well. If they would just maintain this property and treat patrons with respect and a smile, they'd have a fantastic product.

Great Hotel - Great Location
Great 2 night stay. Excellent friendly staff. Perfect location. Minutes walk to Victoria train/bus hub so access to anywhere in central London in minutes. We will be staying again at the end of the month with more friends. Thank you Team Astor
