Fantastic location, great staff.
Hostesses was friendly and very helpful, even walking us down the alley to ensure we could find the offsite parking. Fridge and air conditioner were quiet. Mattress was comfortable with good sheets. Though rest of room was traditionally-styled, bathroom was bright and modern which was appreciated. During these covid times, we've adopted a routine of wiping off all high touch surfaces with disinfectant wipes. This practice has exposed lots of unexpected dirt and grime in larger, more highly rated hotel rooms, this apartment however was spotless and the cleanest we encountered during our three city Quebec roadtrip.
Beautiful building, clean and great for the price. Would stay again.
The staff was amazing and friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were simple, but sweet. They had a fridge in the room, and 24/7 coffee and tea avaliabke for guests from the attached resraurants on the main level. My only bad experience here was coming home one night after being out in the cold all evening, and hopping into the shower only to find out they ran out of hot water. Super annoying, but ultimately a fluke in the overall great stay. I still reccomend this place. And its amazingly close to almost everything.
Nice atmosphere, as a guest you can’t forget you’re in a building that is 175 years old. Loved the character, it was well maintained. Quaint. It’s a different experience than staying at a typical hotel. Very fitting while visiting Old Québec.
Old building but comfortable stay. Spiral steps to climb, no elevator. With heavy suitcases that's a no-no. Breakfast provided. We will stay again there.
Great location. Clean rooms. Good service. Breakfast not so good however minutes from cafes.
I forgot my purse on the train and the woman at the front desk called right away and helped us get it back! The room was very big and clean and they served coffee and tea all day. We ate dinner at their restaurant, Apsara, our first night and it was delicious. The history of the place with the family immigrating from Cambodia and starting a hotel and restaurant really added to the charm. This place is simple but has everything you need for a great stay in Quebec City!
This is a unique hotel in that it was built in 1850 and the rooms felt like a room in my home. It was in a great location away from the downtown area so it was quiet but close enough to walk to everything.
Nice little hotel in great location amidst many others. Guests and residents from other areas seemed to love the restaurant. Only issue was finding staff. They were not easy to locate. Otherwise fine.
