Highlander Motel
Avoid unless desperate!
Motel clearly old and certainly in need of some renovation and that means everything, the building itself añd all the fixtures and fittings. Not cheap either $99 per night, no breakfast either. Rodeo was in town the weekend I stayed so motel rooms were at a premium. Staff were miserable as sin, one guy pulled his face when I couldn't get my door to lock, turns out you had to really slam it, another guy, I think he was the owner, moaned to me I had to vacate the room for 10 am until I reminded him I was there for two nights! It's a dump, avoid if at all possible.

A nice, clean budget hotel
As someone who regularly stays in budget hotels, I’d say this is on the nicer end of the scale. It’s been clearly well maintained and has everything you could need for a night or two. It’s definitely worth the price.

Nice budget motel
Great room in keeping with the price. Coffee maker, microwave & fridge included. Worked out well for what we needed. 30 min to Flagstaff. It’s not luxury, but that’s not what we expected. Cute little town, lots of restaurants & shops.

The room was ok but the air quality in the room was not good. Thin blankets so had a cold night. The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful!!
