Overall a nice place to stay in central Prague. Underground parking at the hotel is OK but the spaces are very small and the access is tight. No maid service in the hotel though.

Hotel was really nice and only a 15 minute walk from the main square which made getting around easy. Only let down was that there were no hot drink making facilities in the room. Also worth noting the spa facilities are not included with your booking.

First and foremost we are impressed with:your willingness to upgrade us to this wonderful one-bedroom apartment with great Wi-Fi -Thank you! -the truth of your email comment: "I have absolutely fantastic team in the hotel, we will help you with everything you will need. We will take care of all your wishes." Your team has done a great job from arranging airport transfers and walking directions, to helping as I carry heavy breakfast trays to my wife. Thank you! the extensive daily breakfast is super, and the little kitchen is perfect. the bed and couch are very comfortable As you know, we have had some sleep problems. PROBLEM: I am awake at this early hour because I could not sleep lying in bed with no covers and no air movement, even with the window open. I awoke earlier under the duvet with my pillow and the duvet cover soaked with sweat, then fell back asleep for a short time after throwing off the covers. It is difficult to function when sleep deprived! On some cool nights with the window open we fell asleep easily until awakened by the street noise (loud shouts, loud cars, construction and garbage trucks etc.) Closing the windows to block this noise means a hotter room. and still little or no sleep. We understand your heat/air system is automatic and you have done all you can to help us (except to provide a fan).
