The Old Quay House Hotel
Lovely break in Fowey
Lovely four night stay. A charming old building right in the centre of Fowey, some rooms have lovely harbour views. The age of the building means there is no lift and no on site parking. We left our car in the Old Station Car Park (nine minutes walk away) and used the parking permit provided by the hotel. We enjoyed using the local ferries and walking as the roads were very narrow and busy. Breakfast was delicious, we didn't try the restaurant. Staff do their best to make your stay comfortable.

Special treatment classed as normal.
Couldn't recommend this hotel any higher. Staff are all excellent and friendly, food was really special. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when the central heating radiator in the bedroom failed, we were provided with an electric room heater immediately. Thank you!

Stunning location
We loved our stay at Old Quay House. This small hotel is located right on Fowey Harbour and offers delightful views of harbour life from the restaurant and some bedrooms. It is stylishly decorated with friendly staff. Our room, though small, was very well appointed with a generous ensuite. The central location of the hotel in this bustling historic fishing port made for easy sight seeing and shopping day and evening, and for a pleasant stroll to any of the many cafes and restaurants in the town. Two downsides for some: there is no lift and the seagulls are noisy day and night!
