This is my second stay ans Im already looking forward to the next one. As always the staff have made me feel very welcome and I have greatly enjoyed my stay. The hitel runs like a dream thanks to its staff, who impressed me with their great attention to detail, cheerfullness and professionalism. I want to direct special thanks to house keeping. To dounia, chaimae, kawtare and nadira whom I have found to take great care in their job. The room was always deeply cleaned and tidy with a great attention to details. Its clear you take great pride in your work. Lastly I want to give special thanks to ichraq at reception i have rarely met as kind and gentle people as her. Always ready to help with a smile on her face. Thank you for making my stay so perfect. You are all doing a fantastic job. Thank you for everything.

Room was kept clean daily and staff were very accommodating. Hotel is well placed for the medina, clubs, restaurants and can walk to places if you enjoy a good walk. Hotel has fantastic breakfast and we also had a great meal at the Italian restaurant. There's a mall on site which you can have your hair, pedicure, manicure all done, massage, hammams, saunas, all on site.

Lovely hotel. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, nice range to choose from. There is building work going on currently but we were not disturbed by that.

Our stay at the hotel was great! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very attentive to all our needs. We noticed that some upgrades and expansions were being made to the building, but there was no noise or disruption during our stay. Having tea available in the lobby throughout the day was also a lovely touch that made our visit even more enjoyable.

Savoy is probably the worst 5 star hotel I have been too after traveling to 124 countries. It’s dirty, outdated, rude service and noisy. The breakfast was the dirtiest part after the rooms. It was curly hair all over the bathrooms (we had a suite) They ignored mid stay cleaning - we had to complain to even get new towels. We also found 2 dead cockroaches under the bed. This is not a 5 star hotel.

I visited during the AFCON 2025 tournament in January, and interestingly, this was the same hotel the Super Eagles of Nigeria stayed in—they had checked out just a few hours before I arrived. The exterior of the hotel was a bit misleading at first; the frontage was quite busy with parked cars and taxis. However, once inside, the atmosphere changed completely. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, though it occasionally felt a little chilly. The pool area looked fantastic, but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. Breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve had in recent times, both in quality and variety. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It sits right next to a mall, making it extremely convenient with plenty of dining options just steps away. It’s also within walking distance of many places, which made getting around very easy. It definitely looked like a good pick for a resort type experience when the weather (temperature) allows for it. In my time there, it was a bit quiet in the common areas due to the chilly temperature.

Savoy was amazing, the property was very well maintained and the staff provided stellar customer service. It was in a prime location making traveling to our tours very easy. The daily breakfast was such a nice touch the options were endless and very tasty. I would definitely recommend Savoy for your upcoming stay in Marakesh. One area of opportunity, the pool closed very early! Extended pool hours is highly recommended.
