Not a great place
This place was a disappointment. It is overrated. The room echoed of an old Chinese hotel. The floor had holes that had been patched with heavy tape. The bathroom reeked of the sewage smell. There were mosquitoes in the room, leading to numerous bites. The tv had no English channels, a must for a hotel catering to foreigners in the 21st century. Even if only 1-2 channels. In serious need of updating! Lost the tv and internet on my last night, very serious issue when trying to check flight. The barroom got cleaned with too much bleach. Had to air it out and hose it down to make it usable. The desk guy seems to live there. He tries hard to make it enjoyable. Lots of snacks. Tries to be helpful in broken English. Would not recommend this place unless you want to go back in time, circa 1985.

Great Place!
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, but perfect for a couple who spends the day sightseeing. Really close to the subway station.

Very good 8.0
Great stay, extremely friendly front office and check in. Location was not too close to any big shopping districts (maybe 15-20 minute walk from Myeongdong), but it was very close to a subway which made it convenient to go anywhere. Lots of cafes and convenient stores nearby. Room may not be suitable if you have a lot of luggage but we were able to make it work with 4 large suitcases. Water pressure of the sink and shower comes on and off, but it was no big deal. Free vitamin c and water every day was a great plus!
