Pros: great value, convenient location, includes breakfast. Cons: The comfort level and amenities vary greatly between beds, even in the same room. Some beds have no lockers or other storage and look like an afterthought. Others have so little headspace above them that even sitting up in bed is impossible. Additionally, the USB charger sockets above my bed did not work, and the staff was unable to provide something as simple as a splitter, despite repeated requests.

Great location, basically everything is walking distance, fair price, a basic breakfast is included, from 11am to 3pm for cleaning reasons you can't access the rooms, so it's a great option for those who just wanna a place to sleep by night, the beds from shared rooms hasn't any privacy as a curtain, on the side of the beds there are only teo usb ports, kind bad considering the fact that most of devices now a days come with USB-c cables and if you bring other devices there is no power connectors on the side of the beds. They have lockers but only outside of the room.

Nice little stay
I had a really nice time staying, the 3 people rooms are a good size and the toilet/shower are separated. It's a little annoying that the sink is with the shower as you can't really use it if someone is in the shower and none of the USB plugs seemed to work in the room while I stayed. The breakfast was a great start to the day

Description on hotels.com was not accurate. Towels NOT included. At no point was it mentioned that you are not permitted to be in the room between 11-3 unless you pay extra! Would not stay again.

Two Days in Brussels
Lots of people running round at night inside and outside making loud noises etc. also breakfast was very basic and it would have been nice to have some fruit. Didn’t help that there was a flood on the ground floor on the last day

Great Budget Friendly stay
I had a one day layover in Brussels and needed somewhere affordable to stay. This place perfect and convenient. I stayed in a 3 person room and it included a seperate Toliet and shower room. Nothing negative from me except be sure to bring your own lock if you plan to store anything in the room, they are not provided but available for sale at reception.
