Good6.0 another booking site
The bathroom had a bit of a bad drain smell in it but the beds were extremely comfortable and couldn't fault them. The pub was very noisy as they had live music playing until 11.30 which would have been ok if I wouldn't have needed to get up at 7am the next day. Parking on your website states 4.70 all day but it's actually 8.00 and should be updated as it's just false pricing. The email from stated that payment would be made at the hotel and the last time I could cancel was 21st Sept at 7pm, by 7.05pm I had the fraud department calling me to say there had been recent activity on my card for the amount of the room and asked if I wanted to agree the charge. I called and they couldn't really help me and then I called the hotel direct and they said it wasn't them. I never really got to the bottom of it and spent two days not using my debit card incase it was put on hold and would decline in the shop as it would be embarrassing. I wouldn't be in a rush to book through again unfortunately.
