Modern, clean, between Hbf and OldTown
Modern compact hotel with minimal interaction with staff after check-in. Smart and funky rooms in a tight space. Everything was clean and neat, didn't spend much time in the room. Two minute walk from Karlsplatz on the edge of Old Town and all the shopping and brauhauses. No problems what so ever, good value for a weekend stay.

We enjoyed our stay!
Buddy hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main train station (Munich HBF), great location. We stayed here in late November of this year. It was easy to find with a large “Buddy Hotel” sign in yellow out front. Reception is on the 2nd floor and check-in was quick and easy. It is a multi-storied building, we were up on the 6th floor. There are stairs you can take or two elevators. The room was clean, compact but really well thought out. There was ample storage space (under the bed, under the bench, there was a fold down table as a desk, and pockets on the wall for your shoes. The windows fully open onto a busy street but with them shut no sound comes into the room. There are also electric blinds, which is always a bougie plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The beds did incline into a seating position, however only one side of ours worked. No complaints about the washroom either; shower and toilet were good. The sink is in the main room just FYI. Large sink space though. Even though they don’t have a breakfast they do offer croissants and apples in the mail lobby in the mornings. Another nice touch. There is also coffee in the rooms. We would stay here again. The price was right, it’s in a great location and overall pretty decent!
