The hotel is not situated in a high end neighborhood but a decent place. Hotel itself was very clean, good staff, great breakfast. Room service was limited due to Covid but overall I will give it a solid 8 out of 10
Our stay at Palmetto was brief but good we felt accommodated and the place was clean and decent. We needed a place to sleep and regroup for a few hours before heading back to the airport but I wouldn't have used it as my base for Lima. The neighborhood was sketchy at best but it was what we needed at the time.
Near to the airport and friendly staff but rugs were dirty and overall cleanliness was not very good
There room was dim and smelt damp. There was no bathroom mat so the floor got wet.
I had a few family members visiting and I was told by the lady at the front desk that they had to leave the room. They was just visiting because we did not see each other for a long time and it really made me feel embarrassed to tell them that they could not be in the room just for a nice conversation
The hotel did not have internet. Our hotel room smelled like dirty feet. There was visable powder under the bed, possible to mask the smell of the room.
Very good place Friendly staff and environment All necessary in the trims and very clean bathrooms. Fresh breakfast every day . Recommended!!
It was a good stay for layover. To have shower and rest after long flights.
Just what was needed... Not really close to much but a nice place. We just needed a room and the price was great!
Nice hotel for the price, close to the airport, It was better than expected, the only drawback was that can be noisy in the evening, however with earplugs I fixed the problem.
