We brought our small dog with us. I made the mistake and did not ask for a ground floor or first floor. It would have been easier and faster when I needed to take him out side.

Hotel is super clean, rooms are HUGE and omg, that shower!!!! Hotel staff was amazing (shout out to Derek!!!!!! You’re awesome!) I will definitely look for a Residence Inn the next time I travel.

We rented a family suite which wasn’t very clean when we arrived, it looked like someone had checked in and switched rooms before us. The shower was a stand up shower with the water pressure being non existent. The whole shower seemed dirty probably from lack of water pressure to clean it thoroughly. We stayed two days and couldn’t get fresh towels. I paid $400 for our two day stay and it wasn’t worth it. I didn’t complain because it’s if no use anyway they were booked.

Terrible accommodations. There were constant disturbances which the staff was unwilling to address at all. Incredibly noisy, vagrants and drunks from nearby casinos wandering the parking lots soliciting money from guests. Arguments and blasting music in nearby rooms were not dealt with by staff. Laundry room was trashed by another guest who dumped Styrofoam moving pellets in the dryers with their massive boxes of clothes which melted, coating the inside of the dryers making them unusable. Staff cleaned the floor and left the dryers trashed. This seems like a favorite place of the recently evicted and drunken parties that don't want to pay casino prices. This was an absolutely terrible experience.

The problem we had was that this is a pet friendly hotel that charges $100.00 for the first pet and $50.00 for any additional pets. I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never had to pay for my pets.
