Exceptional 10.0
Tokyu Stay Ginza is in a perfect location to explore Tokyo. It is within minutes of 2 metro stations and the old Tsukiji fish market is also only a 10 minute walk away. The staff are incredibly helpful and the hotel tries to be as unwasteful as possible by allowing guests to decide if they need full, partial or no housekeeping service every day. Toiletries, coffee, etc are at reception for you to pick up as needed. I would recommend a superior room as it is a good size, is on a higher floor (so probably quieter) and has a microwave, kettle and washing machine in it. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Although the hotel has a lobby, it doesn’t have a bar/ communal area which would have been nice. Overall, would definitely stay again and recommend.

Very good 8.0
Great location, Ginza is amazing though quiet if you are looking for hectic life you should look around Shibuya, etc. Double size room is good for two though if you are looking for a spacious room, this is not for you. Washing machine and microwave in the room are an excellent plus.

Clean hotel conveniently located in Ginza. Good amenities (including a washing machine in the room) and good selection of buffet breakfast.

A 3/4 stars Japanese hotel at its best
Courtacious receptionists with innovate ideas to reduce waste hence very enviormentally friendly hotel. Location is right next to the most famous shopping street of Tokyo (Ginza). Excellent access to Sumida River bank for morning jogging.

Great Location for Sightseeing
The hotel is modern, with good wifi and is centrally located in Ginza - an ideal location for the visiting tourist. The room was very well equipped indeed but very small. We expected a superior room to be a little larger. The breakfasts were better than expected although the western options were the same each day. There were several nice touches at the hotel - like the free coffee, tea, and cosmetics available in the foyer. However, for us, the fact that the hotel did not really have a social area or a bar or indeed sufficient seating in the foyer was a little disappointing.
