Worst Hotel Ever, Never Coming Back Again!
On arrival, I was greeted by disappointment as the staff informed they did not have the king bed I requested for and can only give me two single beds for me and my wife. I felt absurd as I made the booking clearly stating for a king bed. They downsized my room to a corner room with a king bed. They argued back that king bed is only a preference and it subjects to availability. I went to the room and I felt I was in a hourly hotel, with the room size smaller than a janitor's rest area. There is rust almost everywhere and stains. In the night, I exited the hotel for a night walk. To my horror, at the hotel lobby, I see the hotel manager shouting at a foreign Eurasian couple whom was trying to check in. The couple left in utter disgust and shouted back that they have the worst service ever. This is true. During my check in, the staffs were clearly unfriendly. When I expressed my concern on the bed, they spoke in another language I could not understand in front of me, talking about me being unreasonable. (From their tone and use of some English words) . For the morning breakfast, when I entered the "cafeteria", I thought I was dreaming in the morning and questioned myself, "Am I in a hospital canteen?". Food was bad. Plates were not dried. One customer (vegetarian) had to go around asking if the food is meat but no one attended to him because the workers doesn't speak English. They just nod at anything he asked. About the room, they only have 5 TV channels, and no snack bar.
