Where is the sanitizer, breakfast, and towels?!
4 people in a room and 2 towels. Help me figure this out. The towels should be given at check-in and there should be a note to how many towels are linked to that room. During check out that information should be given to house keeper to verify when cleaning. Any missing towels should be charged to room as an "expenditure"...lol. The staff was fantastic but management need to adjust decisions to continue above standards. There should be more hand sanitizers stations visible to guests, at the elevator for each floor. Let's talk about breakfast...a brown paper bag with a small bottle of water, a small cup of apple juice, and a small blue berry muffin can maybe satisfy a 4yr old child in daycare. Come with a better plan. Check with buffet facilities and restaurants for ideas.

The location, staff, and proximity to everything were excellent. It was easy to get on and off the 526 highway but nestled off a main road so was quiet. Close to it were Panera, Target, Marshall's, and many local stores. Although closed due to COVID, you were permitted to use the dining room if you brought your own food.

Recent Visit
The hotel was nice overall. Very clean and in a great location. My only issue was other visitors playing their televisions too loud and the people above us jumping up and down on the floor well after 1:00 AM. Very noisy the first night but a lot better on our second night.
