Went to check in from out of town and room was not available
The hotel was very nice overall. Check in was slow since there was only one attendant. There were not enough Towels for the 3 day stay. We had to go to the office to turn in the towels before they would give more. Customer service was ok, some attendants werent so friendly or welcoming. Still worth the price
Walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbors as well as all the highway noise. Front desk staff was not there all of the time, and we ran into some issues when we tried to check out a day early.
Clean, could bring in my dog as my roomate
Checked in and booked two nights. Was able to have my dog at a none refundable payment of $50 plus $10 each day. So that was not bad. Had issues with the bed but got it fixed. Great staffing. Over all good experience considering this was our second time staying and the first time we stayed it was horrible so glad our experience got better.
Very hard to access location using GPS as the address is no marked right.
If you only need a bed to spend the night, this hotel is fine. Otherwise, I will be staying elsewhere. The staff was not very accommodating and also tried to double charge me at checkout.
This facility was not well kept. I expected to have a bar of soap and a hand towel and hair dryer in the room, but they did not have them. Not impressed with this place and will not stay again.
This hotel feels more like a weekly live in then your average hotel. We had two towels for four of us so make sure to double check that
The room was not clean; towels and blinds were stained. Also, it was very loud at the location. People walking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors all night. There are no toiletries but a bar of soap.
