Centrally located
I liked the family running the hotel - they both were great and helpful. Few minor things to consider: due to hotel location (historic center) cars are not permitted and you need to be ready to walk with the luggage about 7 min. Lots of stairs in the building. Our room was not heated ( in January!) they need to put small heaters in every room, it was freezing in the room and bathroom. No direct day light in the room, with walls covered ceremony tiles felt like being in the medieval times. Having said that, it was different from many others in a good way - the building has a unique Spanish character and the family did their best to run it smoothly. There is always someone there at the reception to let you in if needed. We left the luggage after checking out - that was nice of them to allow it.

Location was perfect to explore Palma, and both staff were super friendly and nice. Room was clean and tidy, actually the whole building was nice and fresh. Bathroom was maintained super clean by the staff, so it was not a concern at all even though it was a shared one.

Amazing traditional Mallorcan home untouched for many years ran by lovely siblings. The house is beautiful and such a treat to get to stay there. Room was basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Location is perfect for exploring palma by foot. Unfortunately no A/C or fan provided which is one thing that could be improved on. Amazing value for money.
