Pre Christmas trip and loved the street decoration
On a short break exploring the local area. Main visits were the Kings Adjuda Palace, botanic gardens in Adjuda, Maritime Museum, and very lucky to see the daily training of the horses at the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art, absolutely a must. Will do it again. Surrounding parks lovely for evening walks and lots of eating out.

Adequate Pension in a vibrant location.
Interesting Pension in Belem Lisbon. Perfect location for all that goes on in this vibrant area centered on the Belem Monastery. We were there for the start of the Volvo Ocean Race and chose the hotel for it proximity. In itself it is basic, the beds were OK and it was very clean. Hot water was a bit hit and miss. Our biggest gripe was there was no lounge and sitting in a basic room was a bit dull. We never did find the TV remote. We knew there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel but there must be over 20 restaurants within 5 minutes walk and numerous cafe/bars where we were spoilt for choice for breakfast and nightcaps. At 73 euros a night we thought it expensive for what we got. We would give it 3/5 for value and 4/5 for location and cleanliness. WiFi was good.

Great value for money
Was visiting the Nos alive festival for 1 night only which was ideal as only 30 min walk away. Good clean basic hotel with efficient and friendly service for check in. Can't say anything negative what so ever. All good

The hotel staff are kind and friendly. The room facilities are limited. No hair dryer in the room. Totally, best place for your budget.
