Exceptional 10.0
Rural mini hotel in gorgeous historical house
Fantastic mini hotel in a great rural setting. A very historical house with only 13 rooms the ones we saw were very nicely appointed and decorated. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The evening meal was superb and breakfast of a very good standard.

Enchanting
A very nice secluded area for a historic building and let's you have the air of being away from all noises and hustle of main stream life.

Fantastic stay in an old castle.
Stayed in a fantastic old fashioned room in the tower- said to be haunted! Excellent dinner and a very nice and friendly waitress. Impressive building Excellent place to stay. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Appropriate ranking
Lovely old world property with some modern interior design features in the rooms. Although we were very close to the reception, the WiFi didn't work, so that wasn't helpful. We only stayed for one night and it was probably just bad luck but there wasn't a table set up for us for breakfast and it took longer than it should have done to rectify the situation. However, once that was done the full English breakfast was very good, although the alternative options were rather limited, with some being less than ideal. Overall it's worth the ranking it gets.
