Fully equipped large apartment close to everything
We stayed at the Apt for 1 week in March and and a wonderful time. The Apt is fully managed with very good and helpful staff. On the first day, Paulina showed us the apt, the heating system, details about everything we would need. They even have a local cellphone with maps/directions which came in very handy as out data plan was slow T-mobile. Pluses - Staff - Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Paulina and team for making is feel like home - Location - You cannot get a better location to do all your sightseeing. Its located between 2 Tube stations liverpool and Aldgate with a lot of restaurants & pubs around - Local Cell phone for directions - Its nothing fancy but just a nice touch for lost Tourist like us to find our way back. The Cleaning staff does a amazing job everyday. Its really a hotel more than a Apt - full Kitchen - They even had Coffee & Cream for us which helped on the first morning before we went down the street to the store. - Large Rooms with comfortable beds - It is not common to see huge rooms in London Minuses - Some expected noise from nearby bars/pubs. Good news is the pub right in front of the Apt shut down but you hear some loud people on the street. Not as bad as other reviews state. We were scared but do carry ear buds if you are sensitive to staying in a city. - Apartment is not brand new and a little dated but well furnished.

This property worked really well for my family - ours was 2 bed (one was American queen size which is unusual in the UK) 2 bath with a living and dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer. It was clean and comfortable. There’s WiFi, fans, a hairdryer and a TV. The location is fabulous - a short walk to Liverpool Street station and Aldgate station, five minutes to Spitalfields Market, 20 minutes to the Tower of London/Tower Bridge, 15 minutes to Brick Lane. I think there’s probably 100 restaurants and pubs within a 15 minute radius. There’s a Saintsbury grocery store 5 minutes away that’s not huge but has everything we needed. We get up early, but there was noise from garbage trucks around 5-6 am each day and on Sundays the street is closed for a street fair/market (we left too early to visit sadly - also prepare if you need an Uber or taxi on a Sunday that they may not be able to get to you.) So if you are sensitive to noise you might request a flat not overlooking the street. The employees were friendly and helpful. We were not able to check in early but they stored our bags and they were put in our flat for us when it was ready and we were out for the day. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was as advertised a spacious two bedroom with a full kitchen. Got checked in by mid afternoon. This particular week, London was experiencing a heatwave the likes of which has not occured in over 25 years. Well that became painfully evident when we determined there was no A.C. They did provide a nice floor fan. Fortunately it cooled off at night and we were gone during the day. The property is considered to be on the east side, it is a 1/4 mile walk to the Subway System, and a myriad of restaurants. If you are looking for the Ritz this isnt it. If you want something clean, and a place you can make some meals at a reasonable rate do not overlook this property. I would add Cable TV just a Suggestion.

Perfect to share without having to share rooms!
I met with a friend for a night out in London, I hate sharing rooms but wanted us to be together and couldn’t find any 2 bedroom hotel rooms, then I stumbled across this place. It’s half the price of a hotel room but with 3 times the space. 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms means you can both get ready at the same time, a lounge with 2 big sofas and dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine. A 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street station, surrounded by bars and restaurants, but still relatively quiet. The only down side were the bins being emptied early in the morning woke us both up, so maybe next time I’d take ear plugs, I even requested a higher floor to help with the noise, but it made no difference. I’d definitely stay here again, it’s a great alternative to a hotel.

Really clean and quiet appartment. It was quite big for two people and fully equiped. When we arrived we have small compliments for the first day and also a telephone with internet to take for our days trips. Really nice details. If I needed to say anything to improve, is the fact that as we were in a basement appartment there was almost no natural light (not a huge problem as we were almost all day out). In addition, it was slightly humid and we could not turn on the heating. When we tried to contact the manager to try to fix the problem of the heating we could not find her as she was not present at the reception at any time we went (However I must admit that she gave us her tlf number in case we had some problems, but we didnt find that problem that urgent to call her). In general, really good appartment in a lovely neighbourhood.
