Poor 2.0
Worst experience ever in my life never would I ever stay or recommend any one to go there the staff are so rude they tell you leave the keys with them because they don’t have spares apparently then when asked him a second time he said they do have spares but because people loose them all the time, they also had been in the room whilst me and my girlfriend was out because the tv was turned off and remote was put back on the table after it being left on the bed , the towel next to the bathroom door had been moved ?? Why did they go in my room for, and the towel was there because the smell that come out that bathroom was disgusting smelled like death , the hallway stank of sh** because of the shared bathroom they don’t tell you when breakfast is went there at 10 am the guy said it’s 7-9 I told you yesterday maybe you don’t remember and saying how the chef has packed up and gone home now , appalling behaviour they don’t care and having bed bugs in the place too like seriously this needs to be shut down and burnt to the ground it’s horrible the mould all over the walls heater boarded up curtains don’t reach all the way down.

Good 6.0
Good value. No problems with cleanliness. Quiet apart from frequent noise of emergency sirens of police, ambulance etc vehicles on Romford Road. Thought advertised as 'shared bathroom' I was pleased to find a shower n my room. Three toilets were adjacent and available. Breakfast was good English though not very luxurious. Bus stops for 25 bus into and from London just outside. Close to Stratford station where train and coach connection to Stanstead Airport Low pressure in toilet flush

Fair 4.0
Desperate need of a renovation
The room was dark and poorly decorated. The bathroom was just about clean enough however we couldn't use the shower as the doors didn't close. Even though there were no smoking signs in the hallways the room had been smoked in recently which was evident by the huge amount of cigarette butts on the roof under the window which meant the whole room stank and even after leaving the window open to let it air the sheets still smell like an ashtray making it very difficult to sleep. If this was a smoking room I feel we should have been asked if a smoking room was ok. My mother was bitten during the night which resulted in a large and sore red patch on her leg. The breakfast was not as advertised and you weren't even asked what you would like, a plate of poorly cooked eggs, bacon, sausages and toast was put in front of you weather you ate meat or not. The hotel is clearly used as emergency housing as people are walking around in their bed clothes at all times of the day and the fire door is used for people to smoke which is directly under the rooms. Overall it was not worth the price and we were very disappointed. The only redeeming feature was that we could leave the car in their secure car park while we spent the day in London on the day we checked out but for the price we paid for the stay I could have paid parking for 2 full days in a multi-storey car park.

Good 6.0
The decor needs updating, broken floor tiles in the bathroom and mould under the window. I don't know what they tried repairing the kettle with but it put me off. I didn't have any picture ID when I checked in and had a bit of a language barrier. The staff on the plus side were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Overall you get what you pay for, it was cheap enough for the one night stopover we needed.
