    A super place as a couple, a family or w/ friends

    All was very good: Location, personnel, service, accommodation, pool, breakfast, view on the mountain.... We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Apple House Paraty with our 3 children (18, 15, 8). You need a car to get there but it is worth it especially if you don not want to stay 24h in the center of the old Paraty.

    The service was outstanding. Everyone was supper friendly and helpful and showed genuine interest in make our stay most confortable. This is by far the best pousada in Paraty in terms of infrastructure however I was surprised that the service was so great. Regardless of the size you always felt at home and as stated above the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff was something I probably haven't seen before and I book over 50 hotels a year at last.

    Incrível, a estrutura da Pousada é maravilhosa, café da manhã perfeito, atendimento impecável, que fez ainda mais a diferença. E o principal, está seguindo todas as normas de prevenção à COVID.     A melhor pousada!!

    Incrível, foi a segunda vez que fui. E não me arrependo, tiveram tantas mudanças e pra melhor. A área kids que fizeram é demais, faltava mesmo isso pra criança. A recepção é ótima, excelentes profissionais da parte da limpeza as meninas Rebeca e Josi simplesmente arrasam na arrumação e limpeza dos quartos. O restaurante serve cardápios deliciosos tem do simples ao mais fino da gastronomia.

    Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Café da manhã maravilhoso e com tapiocas. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários, sempre carismáticos! Unico detalhe ruim, as piscinas não serem aquecidas, principalmente o quarto com piscina na sacada.
