Very good 8.0
Really nice hotel, great location.
Great hotel with nice communal spaces. Rooftop pool and welcome drinks a big plus. Great location with easy access to most of KL. Only minus was that we stayed 2 separate nights (so two different rooms) and the sheets on the bed had some minor stains both nights. Really simple thing for a hotel to get right, especially when everything else in the hotel is so nice!

Disappointing, Unfortunately!
Visited for our honeymoon. Weren't allowed to use the rooftop pool as they had closed it off for a private party. However, they placed us in a room on the floor directly below the pool, and there was loud music playing until 1:30am even though the front desk promised it would all end by 11pm at the latest. We phoned down to the front desk on two occasions and they still failed to turn the music off. A real shame, because we visited this hotel a couple of years ago when they had just opened, and the stay was a lot better. For this trip however, it wasn't a great start to our honeymoon.
