Room 4 was rubbish, holes in the carpet. Cracks in the walls and ceiling, windows filthy, the bathroom looked like it was fitted in the 1960's with poor repairs to the tiles. Furniture looked like it came from a secondhand store.

Lovely budget hotel
The only problem is not enough parking, I was lucky to get a space but others not so. There is an opportunity to park nearby but not cheap. Other than that the hotel staff were great from reception to bar staff to the cleaner that insisted helping with my heavy luggage

Weekend away
Very good stay hotel is clean tidy, could do with an update in the room. Food in restaurant fantastic had 3 course meal coulddl not fault food or service excellent Location excellent for amenities and sea front. Parking off site can be expensive but hotel great value for money you need to park so can't complain, on site even if limited would be bonus. Great value good seaside hotel would return value for money.
