We tried parking downstairs and the spots were far too narrow to get our luggage out and the parking attendant didn't speak english. We ended up parking on the ground level outside instead. Experience Jeju's best, just 1 hour bus ride from the airport! Enjoy seamless check-in, modern amenities, stunning sea views, and exclusive discount to nearby restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Clean bedsheets, blankets and bath towels. Walkable to black pork street.

The hotel was clean and the staff generally friendly, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay. Its location was a major highlight—just a short walk from Black Pork Street, numerous excellent local restaurants, and Jeju Airport—making it a convenient base for exploring the island. One moment that stood out, however, was when I asked for help booking a rental car and was simply directed to search online. This felt a little dismissive, though it may have been due to a language barrier rather than a lack of willingness to assist. There were a few other drawbacks worth mentioning. The timing of the pool maintenance was somewhat inconvenient, limiting guest access during the day. Basic amenities like toothbrushes were not provided complimentary and had to be purchased at reception—a practice that seems common across other accommodations I have stayed at, but still felt unusual compared to international norms. Additionally, while the hotel does feature a games room and gym, both facilities were noticeably outdated and would benefit from refurbishment to better meet modern expectations. Overall, while not without its flaws, the hotel offers a solid and convenient option for travelers looking to explore Jeju.

Located in the rather quiet old city area, the hotel allows you to visit most spots in this area on foot. It takes about 15 mins to go to the airport by taxi. Travelling to the new city area is about the same. The room was clean and comfortable.

A great location directly on the ocean. There are prettier places to stay on Jeju, but this was perfect for our short visit. Hotel needs a little refreshing and repairs (we had a window that wouldn't entirely close and the hallways are scuffed up), but nothing that would prevent me from making the recommendation. I stayed here for 5 nights and I love the facilities and the staff at the reception, the staff is AMAZING, very very helpful and kind. The property is close to the Dongmun market and the main shopping areas, also to me it was very important that is only 250 meters from the major Tour operators pick up place. For a solo female traveler this place is very safe and close to everything, including Olive Young.

Great location as it is across shopping and dining area. Very convenient to the local marketplace to experience local foods. Hotel fronts the ocean and there’s a walking path for morning exercise. Down the street there’s an opportunity to see the Haenyeos go out to sea in the morning! Onsite restaurant and dining options around. Rooms are clean, new, very spacious and modern. Large bathroom with tub! Bed and covers were very comfortable!

Upon our return to the hotel on 2nd day of stay, we were surprised with a toilet filled with smoke! Apparently, the ventilation ducts at this hotel are linked to multiple rooms and a inconsiderate guest from another room must have been smoking in his non smoking room! And to make situation worse, for 'green' purposes, air-conditioning and all ventilation facilities at this hotel are offed during spring time! So the cigarette smoke and odour lingered in the room for extended period of time! Front desk staff sent to check on the situation tried her best to mitigate the situation, however person incharge of allocating room has long knocked off for the day, so we were stuck with a 'smokey' room for the whole night!! A new room was arranged for us on the next day, but check-in into this new room is between 12noon to 3pm. So, we have no choice but to pack up and deposit our belongings with the front desk, then check-in again late at night after we have completed our day itinerary. I believe, It's something that only few guests will enjoy doing during a holiday trip.
