The location was very convenient! The staff was great. Big shoutout to Antonios. He was very kind and supportive and made our stay so much better. He went above and beyond even helping heat up our coffee every morning.

The hotel was perfect! We stayed one night before our departure the next day. The hotel was clean, There was access to a laundry service and there was a restaurant next door. The hotel was short 15min drive to the airport which was perfect.

excellent location it is near the airport and just in front of tram and bus station, breakfast is ok

6/10 Good

Realize a single room is a full size bed with bunk bed above. Small room with nice shower. I didn’t even know it had a toilet first couple hours until I notice a small closet door, which the bathroom is just a toilet in a 2 ft x 3 ft space. Sink is in open area and small. Property is well maintained and for those on a budget for one night before they fly out.

10/10 Exceptional

It’s a convenient location, only a five minute tram ride from the airport. The tram stop is right in front of the accommodation, so you don’t have to carry heavy luggage very far. It’s a twenty minute ride into Zurich HB. The room has everything you need for a short stay.

The hotel room was clean, well-prepared, and ready when I arrived. Everything was neat and organized, making check-in smooth and comfortable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient to the airport with easy access on the tram. Some air conditioning- but it didn't keep our rooms cools, just kept them not super hot. We still used fans and it was about 80F outside. Rooms small, but workable. Breakfast was great. A good place to stay the night before we flew out (which is what we needed).

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although it was a bit far from the city center, there was a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We especially want to thank Takura for all the assistance and excellent service

8/10 Very good

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The hotel staff were very helpful with all our questions. The location was fantastic. You can walk right out of the hotel and catch the tram to the airport to the city center, or to the train station. It was so convenient. The bathroom set up was a little unorthodox because the sink and shower are right in the room and there was not a separate area. If you are traveling with friends, this could be awkward. Overall, if you need a place to stay by the airport in Zurich, this is the hotel for you.

Close to the airport by tram. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Note that you need a special Swiss plug for chary when staying there

Very nice staff! Jolene accommodated our luggage storage so we could still roam around Zürich. Clean and well maintained too. Close to the airport. Breakfast was very good too! Highly recommended.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

This is a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. It’s very basic, but perfectly fine for a night or two when your priority is to be near the airport. Could have been a little cleaner (for example, the shower didn’t seem to have been cleaned super well before we arrived) but otherwise it was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I only give 4 start because the bathroom was so small.m and the door is transparent .. we have a teenager son and we need to go out in the room so he can take a shower for privacy other than that the hotel is clean, breakfast is good, staff was amazing.

Staff at reception was great! He gave us tips on where to go when shopping late. Hotel was clean with secure parking. Only complaint was the TV remote in our room was not working and we could not do anything with the TV.

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay for an early flight! With the use of public transportation, you're in and out in less than 10 minutes to the airport! The room and spacious and clean, comfortable bed, and a pizzeria nearby; however, if you want other food, you'll have to go into town by taking the metro to the exit after the airport, walking through the park 15-20 minutes and you're at the grocery store & restaurants.
