Lovely stay
We have stayed at this hotel before. Enjoy the area and the staff are nice. Hotel rooms clean and tidy. Good could be better but there are lots of reasonably priced restaurants to be found within a short walk.

Nice holiday
Nice break hotel was nice could do with some minimal tweaks, internet didn't work well at any point during stay #upgrade package. Cleaners work hard but we had a couple of days when our room wasn't cleaned at all. Other than that had a really good time everyone was friendly and never once felt uncomfortable at any point during holiday.

A middle of the road All Inclusive experience.
Just back, loved Turkey but hotel not too exciting. Staff are fab, room was very clean although shower broken and not fixed during our stay. Pools clean but very busy when hotel full, food average but always found something to eat at buffet and no stomach problems. Biggest plus was value for money.

Needs new staff
The actual hotel building is ok, it was pretty clean and our room was nice enough. However it is the staff that make a hotel and the vast majority of them were incompetent of performing they're role. Mainly the bar staff at the larger pool. On the first day of our holiday we went to go get a drink; the guy looked at me almost confused that I am asking something of him. Asked for a drink, he looked at us and just walked off and served someone else. When I finally got his attention again about 10 minutes later I asked if we could start a tab as we were just a room, no board. He looked at me blankly and walked off again. I would have said something to him about his attitude there and then, but since he was too stupid to see my wrist band was different to everyone else's, we thought ok we'll just take the free drinks and put up with the awful service. The rudeness went on for two days but so did the free drinks and food (not that we really ate there. My Mrs had some chips and was sick for a day). On the third day one of them finally cottoned on and they got reception to come and speak to us whilst we were relaxing by the pool. So the lady comes over and says we need to pay for the last two days. Obviously we weren't going to pay for they're mistake and when the staff are that rude, I felt like the free drinks didn't even make up for it! So we told her no and she tries to argue with us and throws in that special line "the customer is always right". She then says she needs us to go

Best Hotel Ever
Me and my daughter had a fantastic time at this hotel. Entertainment was fabulous, the food was great all inclusive buffet but also there's a choice to eat at the other restaurant as long as you book in advance with reception. Shuttle that takes you to town everyday except sunday but local bus outside supermarket 2 lira a fare. The rooms are amazing we stayed at room 101 very clean and nice. The hotel staff very nice and friendly. We had a great time.
