Nice with some issues
The location of the hotel is good, just a few blocks from the beach and the breakfast offered is also better than average but the swimming pool area / jacuzzi is not inviting at all, it stays in a very small area at the rooftop with just 4 lounge chairs and the jacuzzi was empty. The access to this area was elevated with many steps which makes it very complicated for older guests so we did not use the pool at all. There was no free parking, you are forced to leave the car with the valet that charges you a nightly rate. The rooms are modern and neat but there is not enough space to accomplish your clothing so you have to keep them mostly on your bag.

Terrible! Yo compré con VIP access, supuestamente teníamos dos welcome drinks que jamás nos lo dieron. El Valet parking con cara de pocos amigos, el check in ni nos miraron a la cara. Llegamos tarde cansados y nos dijeron que el restaurante cerraba a las 11pm por lo que dejamos nuestras cosas rápido y bajamos 10:30 pm y nos recibieron diciendo que solo teníamos 10 minutos para pedir. Finalmente apurados y presionados logramos pedir y no habíamos terminado y ya nos querían retirar los platos, se paraban al lado para presionar. Nosotros que queríamos un viaje de relajo, terminamos mas estressados con el servicio de este hotel y eso que nosotros siempre vamos a los Radisson de otros países pero después de esto nunca más. Servicio terrible!!!
