Booking problem dealt by very helpful staff
I booked the room and payed in full three weeks in advance, but upon arriving I was told they hadn’t received any email from Then they changed the story and apologised because the hotel was fully booked for the last day of my stay. They took responsibility for this and put me in a very nice hotel for that last night. The hotel staff are all very young, very kind and extremely helpful despite the booking problem. Liam and Tom did their best to sort out the problem and were always available for queries and reassurance. I am very grateful to both of them.

It was ok but not the best

The room was very noisy at night due to parties downstairs in the venue.

Wouldn't return
Tiny room next to the kitchens and main road. Despite asking the kitchen staff to turn down the rap music they were playing loudly at 10:30pm, the noise from the kitchen was still too loud. The room was very small with no thermostat to control the temperature and unable to adjust the shower head which pointed down into the controls rather than out into the shower area

A good find
A handy find when in the area. A little different if you don’t want that chain hotel vibe. Friendly staff and the rooms where more than fine. It’s a little quirky having the rooms right round the back of the building but not a problem. Good food.
