Room with a view
Check in went smoothly, The room was comfortable, and bathroom good. The view from the window was lovely. The bar/restaurant was a disaster, The restaurant was closed at 8pm when we arrived because there was "no food left", my drink came in a chipped glass, and I was given incorrect change. I would use this hotel again but avoid the bar.

Second time of staying
This was the second time staying at Peartree Lodge. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They include a microwave & fridge in the room which is extremely handy, but there is also a restaurant next door serving carvery, pizza and other menu choices. The location is perfect for a quiet stay as it is on the canal and next to the marina. The hotel is approx 10 mins car journey from MK central station. Everything about the hotel enables you to have a quiet, relaxed stay.

Basic hotel, convenient location
Basic accommodation, you get what you pay for. No A/C in the room, which may bother if weather is very warm. Breakfast next door starts at 9am, but you can buy continental breakfast box prior to that. Location is convenient with access to the park and walking paths by canal, and free parking is a plus too. If staying on ground floor rooms facing marina, ducks will wake you up in the morning, and you will see swans as well
