Mixed Emotions
My partner and I stayed at the Lincoln Plaza for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted with smiles at reception and also given a free upgrade on our room which was a pleasant surprise. We attended the facilities that evening to see that the steam room was not working. We understand this happens but prior notice would have been appreciated. At breakfast we were rushed to our seats, offered a drink that we had to chase up 3 times with no apologies. The waiting staff were unaware of the procedure regarding amendments to the order but also did not offer to check. We were also very surprised with the limited meat options and there wasnt a normal paying menu for us to choose from either. I think giving people the option allows them to stay satisfied
