Poor
Staff was not friendly. Bad experience, given key to room and walked in on couple. Angered the guest in the room. I apologized and told them that was the room i was given. Went to staff and did not even apologized.

Our power went out and we had to make a late night trip to the hotel. So in doing so it was a nice olace to stay with air. But the tv didnt work or have service but no biggie

Filthy Dump! Terrible customer service at all levels. In an era of Covid -19, this place should be shut down. Just filthy, staff does not clean well. Beds are super uncomfortable, you get a better mattress when it's thrown in for free with a set purchase. Dated hotel formerly a Red Roof Inn, unchanged or updated. Walls are chipped and beat up, floors coming apart in both rooms I was in. Repurposed doors and door frames poorly refinished. Pictures are a collaboration of both rooms I was in. Filthy towels that when you hold up to light you can see the stains. So I got in and I was super sweaty, 105 degrees outside. Wanted to take a bath but the tub was filthy, see pictures. Tried to take a shower and the water was so hot even at the coolest setting that I was getting scalded and had to dip in and out of the water stream. Took another shower the following morning and it was not as bad so I thought it was a fluke. Night two, go to take a shower, again, super sweaty, another 100 degree day. Shower was again so hot I couldn't take a good shower, decide to wait until morning. This is my third not so great shower and I'm going to complain the next morning. Lo and behold, I wake up to a roach on my wall, a baby and where there is a baby there is a family. I snapped a photo, sucker ran. Go to use the toilet, lift the seat and it's filthy with old pee stains. Go to wash my hands and the faucet is covered with tiny hairs from shaving. Is like the room wasn't ever cleaned before my

Our stay was nice. Asked the front desk clerk for a room away from the stairs and gave us right under them. We got the upgraded room to a suite but we had to pay an extra price, that was the only inconvenience. Overall everything was great.

I was very surprised to get a 2 bedroom hotel room; and my 13 year old loved having her own privacy. It was clean, quiet, close to everything - we enjoyed our stay.
