You charged me £239 when the rate should only have been £192 Their was no hot water all morning as the boiler was down When I asked for compensation the receptionist said NO because I had booked through you !! Please compensate us for too high price and no hot shower

Rooftop terrace bar was a disappointment
We selected this hotel because of the attractive picture of the rooftop bar terrace. The reality was somewhat disappointing and the bar also shut at 11.30pm.

Top Notch Customer Service!
This hotel was situated in an area of London we hadn’t visited previously, but was ideally situated for our trip. Lovely bar and restaurant and very comfortable bed. Excellent customer service from all members of staff we came into contact with.
