The hotel was very clean and the staff did a good job. The only thing I didn't like was that hotel guests weren't offered better amenities for staying at Bora Parc. I would have appreciated at least a discount coupon since I was a guest. In the end, I paid the same price as someone who wasn't staying at the hotel.

We had a wonderful time during a family trip. We travelled two adults a 3.5 year old and a 9 year old. We booked the king suite with 1 queen murphy bed , it was a great room. Spacious enough, the kids thought the murphy bed was cool. The view of the mountain was beautiful, super clean. Hotel staff was really nice and spoke English pretty well, we did not have any issues with that. The tubing hills were amazing, so many hills and bigger than I have ever seen before. The kids had a blast but it was very cold so if going during the winter make sure the kids and even adults have really warm gear and googles as you go down the hills very fast. Bora Parc was fantastic, the kids loved it. Super cool inside , a lot of slides even my 3.5 year who is 41inch could get on most of the big slides. the only thing about the water park I found was it was a little chilly inside not as warm as you would think it would be in a inside waterpark. My biggest complaint which was not even that bad in the grand scheme of things is that the food was not very good at any of the restaurants. So be prepared for that, do not expect a great meal. More like basic chalet food, which is fine but just be aware. Also the stores close at or before 6pm and the restaurants other than one were all closed for food by 9. Overall I would definitely recommend, we had the best time and we have already booked to go back in the summer to try the outdoor waterpark!

Such a fun family stay at Hotel Valcartier! The kids absolutely loved the water park - it kept them entertained for hours. Everything was clean, well organized, and perfect for a family getaway. Visit first time with my family & me & my kids enjoyed so much everything was perfect resorts ws so beautiful & clean our room just like 5 star hotel very spacious clean bed very comfortable wash room very clean & spacious Just minus - point it’s very expensive cuz we booked this hotel in $400 dollar just for 1 day 2 adult & 2 kids we thought bora park water park including in this price but when we went they said this price is just for 1 day stay water park not including This is kind of shocking for us Cuz kids exciting for water park Then 2nd day we have to buy tickets For water park even in $400 breakfast not including So stay with all we spent $750 for this hotel This is big shocking for us
